Attention Friends and Neighbors Since 1990, it has been my sincerest pleasure to put together the haunted house and other Halloween festivities for the neighborhood. It is, therefore, with great regret that I must announce that 2005 will be the final year for the haunted house. A variety of factors influenced this decision, but I guess the main reason is that I can no longer give up half my house for a month or so each year. :) Nevertheless I hope to continue decorating the yard and providing a festive atmosphere (and a few scares) for trick-or-treaters and other visitors on Halloween. I'm sure that all new fun will evolve from setting up a new yard haunt. This has been a fun tradition, and I have really enjoyed seeing everyone have a great time each Halloween. Finally, I would like to offer my deepest thanks to all those who have helped me over the years, and to all those who offered encouragement and kind words. I have appreciated it immensely.
